Scarlett Moffatt

Gogglebox favourite Scarlett Moffatt lost two stone, dropping an incredible three dress sizes in just four months, going from a size 16 to a size 10. The reality TV star decided to shed the pounds after finding out she was at risk from developing Type 2 diabetes. The 26-year-old captioned revealed her dramatic new look on Instagram with a before and after photo captioned: "Crying like a baby today, Cant believe I've lost 2 stone. "Feel so proud. Honestly if a professional couch potato can do it, anybody can! #weight #fitness."
Frankie Cocozza
Frankie looks unrecognisable with his new long hair
X Factor star, Frankie Cocozza has blossomed with age. The 23-year-old has gone a long way since his TV debut back in 2011, getting rid of his flamboyant outfits and styled hair, the singer now sports for a more laid back appearance, complete with a rugged beard and long locks.
Lisa Riley
Lisa Riley is another star who has shed the pounds this year. The Loose Women presenter looks unrecognisable since loosing six stone, going from a size 30 to a size 16 in the space of 10 months. The road to fitness kick - started after Lisa went on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2012, but was put into gear after the star's dad had a health scare and was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Lisa revealed her diet secret live on Loose Women, saying that she simply cut out alcohol and ate less, along with increasing her exercise.
