Valerie Fairman – star of 16 and Pregnant – has been found dead. She was 23-years-old. The cause of death is officially under investigation, although the former reality star - who has a seven-year-old daughter named Nevaeh Lynn Fairman – has struggled with substance abuse for years, as was documented on the show.

Soon after the news broke, other MTV stars took to Twitter to remember Valerie, and pay tribute. "How incredibly sad. My heart goes out to her daughter and family," wrote Teen Mom 2's Chelsea Houska. Co-star Jenelle Evans tweeted: "Oh my god. I just spoke to her a couple months ago and told her I'm proud of her and looks like she's doing good... Don't take life for granted. Hold your children and love them close."
