Brad Pitt has filed new documents in an effort to seal his divorce proceedings with Angelina Jolie. The 53-year-old actor submitted a memorandum on Thursday in which he accuses Angelina of releasing sensitive details of their custody agreement to the media through public court filings, and says she has compromised the privacy of their six children.
In the documents obtained by CNN, Brad alleges that his estranged wife "appears to be determined to ignore ever agreed upon standards relating to the children's best interest".

The star further asserts that Angelina, 41, has "no self-regulating mechanism" when it comes to preventing sensitive information from going public – citing the names of therapists working with the family that were named in Angelina’s previous court filings. Brad also points to the re-releasing and filing of documents containing private information, stating, "although she had already made them public, she did it again."
Thursday's update comes two weeks after Brad was denied a request for an emergency hearing to seal divorce documents. Angelina's camp opposed the hearing, with attorney Laura Wasser stating that it was because Brad's team did not consult with them before the emergency hearing. In court documents, they also stated that Brad's request was "a thinly veiled attempt to shield himself, rather than the minor children, from public view".

Brad and Angelina are currently following an informal, temporary custody arrangement, following their split in September. In the agreeement, Angelina retains physical custody of their six children, with Brad given supervised visits. A court hearing on the matter is scheduled for January.
