Zsa Zsa Gabor's adopted son Oliver dies just days after his famous mother

Zsa Zsa Gabor's adopted son Oliver Prinze von Anhalt has died, just days after the iconic actress passed away aged 99. Oliver, 45, was involved in a motorcycle accident in Los Angeles on December 18, the same day his mother died at home.

Oliver’s brother Marcus Prinz Von Anhalt took to this social media pages on Monday to announce the sad news. He wrote in the caption: "Forever Brothers!!! Live the Afterlife in the fullest like you did before!"

According to TMZ, the German businessman was in a coma following the crash, and he never regained consciousness. Marcus and Oliver - who were not biologically related - were adopted as adults by Zsa Zsa and her husband Frederic von Anhalt during their 30-year marriage.

Frederic, 73, confirmed his wife's passing earlier this month. The legendary actress died after suffering a heart attack at home, surrounded by friends and family. Frederic told the AFP news: "Everybody was there. She didn't die alone."

The actress, who married at least eight times, appeared in more than 50 television movies and feature films including Moulin Rouge in 1952 and Lili in 1953. She also appeared on multiple television programs from talk shows to game shows from the 1950s-1990s, including a role as the evil Minerva in the 1960s TV series of Batman.
