Scarlett Moffatt has shared a before-and-after photo of herself, revealing how much her figure has changed since getting fit last year.

The winner of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here posted the throwback photo of herself on holiday next to a selfie where she is dressed in a revealing black swimming costume, showing off her incredible figure. She captioned the snap: "Throwback Thursday. So happy I became a healthier more confident me, we can do together this let's make 2017 OUR YEAR." Fans were quick to praise the star. "You've done so well," one supporter said. Another added: "Just did my first work out to your DVD. It was tough (because I'm so unfit) but I enjoyed it. Going to try really hard to stick to it."

The Gogglebox star spoke to Now magazine about her workout routine, revealing how she tries to get motivated. "I've been working out with my boyfriend," she explained. "He's super fit and he gets me motivated. I stopped exercising when I was a student and discovered alcohol and kebabs, but interval training is the way forward. I'm really enjoying it. I don't reckon living on hot water, cayenne pepper and maple syrup is the way to go."

The reality show star has a huge fan following, but recently opened up about struggling with bullies as a child. Speaking to The Sun, the Queen of the jungle said: "The way the school dealt with [the bullying] was that, 10 minutes before the end of the day, I was allowed to leave early so I didn't get beat up. I would just walk around Asda's car park until three o'clock or up until the time I was meant to come home. I just felt so embarrassed to tell my mum and dad. [If I] hadn't had those experiences at school, then I probably wouldn't be here. If I had just tried to fit in, I wouldn't be the weirdo that I am now."
