The death certificates for Carrie Fisher and her mother Debbie Reynolds have been released. Star Wars actress Carrie's cause of death was listed as "cardiac arrest/deferred" according to the paperwork, seen by TMZ. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office will now undertake further testing to determine the trigger for the heart attack suffered by the star, and toxicology tests will be performed to determine if there were any substances in her system that could have contributed to her death.
As HELLO! Online previously reported, Carrie suffered a heart attack while on board a flight from London to LA on 23 December. She passed away four days in the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Centre at the age of 60.

Her mother Debbie died one day later, on 28 December, aged 84. According to her death certificate, the Singin' In The Rain star died from a blood vessel that ruptured and caused bleeding in her brain. Her official cause of death is listed as an intracerebral haemorrhage.
Carrie and Debbie were remembered during a memorial and funeral service last week. Carrie's daughter, Billie Lourd, gathered her mum's friends and family for one final celebration at Carrie's Beverly Hills home on 5 January.
