Malia and Sasha Obama: 2009-2017

During their dad Barack Obama's eight years in office, Malia and Sasha grew up in the spotlight with grace and ease. Malia, 18, is currently enjoying a gap year before she starts her studies at Harvard in September 2017, while her younger sister, 15, is still in high school in Washington, D.C.

Jenna and Barbara Bush: 2001-2009

They are the twin daughters of George W. and Barbara Bush. They moved into the White House in 2001 when they were 19 years old. Barbara now serves as the cofounder of Global Health Corps, and Jenna works as a correspondent for NBC.

Chelsea Clinton: 1993- 2001

Chelsea Clinton was 12 years old when her dad, Bill Clinton, was elected. After leaving the White House, the only-child of Bill and Hillary did a masters at University of Oxford before moving to Columbia University. She became a special correspondent for NBC News from 2011 to 2014 and now works with the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative.

Bush family: 1989-1993

George and Barbara Bush were parents to six children - George W., Jeb, Neil, Marvin, and Dorothy. George W. went on to become the President in 2001, while Jeb acted as the 43rd Governor of Florida from 1999 to 2007. Neil is now an American businessman and investor, while Neil served as board of directors for SECURACOM from 1993 to June 2000. Dorothy, the youngest sibling, is an accomplished American author and philanthropist.

Reagan family: 1981-1989

Maureen and Michael were two of the President's children from his first marriage to Hollywood actress Jane Wyman. Ronald Reagan and second wife Nancy welcomed Patti and Ron in the 1950s. Patti turned her television acting career into publishing, while Ron moved from working in radio to working as a fulltime commentator and contributor to programming on the MSNBC cable news.
