Now that their daughter Mila is settling into a routine, Kristina Rihanoff and Ben Cohen were able to enjoy a baby-free, red carpet date night together. The couple donned their finest for the London Critics' Circle Film Awards on Sunday, with Kristina looking fabulous in a figure-hugging gown.
The former Strictly Come Dancing pro admitted that she was finally feeling her best, as she opened up about her clean eating diet and taking her social life back.

"My skin's been stretched but hey, we're mums and we're proud of our bodies!" said Kristina
"It was a lovely evening," Kristina, 39, told HELLO! Online. "It was nice to get all glammed up and put on a dress and go on the red carpet with Ben. It was lovely to have time together, we really enjoyed it."
She added: "It's nice to have a bit of my social life back, not that I want to go out every night but Mila more or less has an established regime so we can go out with friends and enjoy our time as a couple. I totally understand that new parents will feel strange.
"Ben is an absolutely incredible dad, he's so hands-on, he is so amazing with Mila so I'm very lucky. We feel that she's settled and happy and she sleeps through the night, so we can also go out and have time for ourselves."

Kristina, who welcomed her daughter in June, has bounced back to her pre-baby weight – seemingly without effort. But the HELLO! Online blogger insists that it wasn't at all easy.
"The truth is, it wasn't an easy process whatsoever," said Kristina. "I was very open saying I will not diet while I'm breastfeeding, I will not stress myself over losing the baby weight. It will go when it has to go, basically.
"It wasn't easy, it took me seven months to get to where I am. I still have a little baby pouch and it will probably never go, my skin's been stretched and it'll probably stay there for the rest of my life but hey, we're mums and we're proud of our bodies! We shouldn't be forced to lose our baby weight immediately. If it takes one year, wonderful. If it takes three years, wonderful. If it takes you longer, wonderful!"
Of her weight loss, she said: "It wasn't easy, it took me seven months to get to where I am"
The dancer is no longer breastfeeding seven-month-old Mila, which means she has more freedom to eat what she wants. After an indulgent Christmas, she decided to try the Forever Living Clean 9 plan.
"For nine days you eat completely clean food, all the fruit and vegetables that are listed in the brochure, and you can start introducing protein on the third, fourth days," said Kristina. "You have shakes, fibre, a whole list of food you can eat because I really do not believe in starvation or depravation. It was very easy to follow which is why I loved it. And it's been really nice to hear compliments about my figure!"
