Scarlett Johansson has thrown into question reports that her marriage is over by making a public appearance with her husband Romain Dauriac. Following reports in the US media that the couple had split, Scarlett and Romain stepped out together on Wednesday night to attend an art exhibition in New York City.
The Hollywood star beamed as she posed with Romain for photos at the Simon Lee Gallery, where they mingled with other guests at the An Uncanny Likeness exhibit. The pair, both dressed in matching black, looked very much an item as they cosied up for the camera, raising serious doubt that they have in fact ended their romance.

The couple's united front comes after a source confirmed to People magazine that the pair had separated last summer. Just recently, Scarlett has been pictured without her wedding ring, further fuelling speculation that the two year marriage is over.
Scarlett and Romain, who are parents to two-year-old daughter Rose Dorothy, were first linked back in October 2012, and by the following September, he had proposed with a beautiful vintage Art Deco style engagement ring. They wed in secret in October 2014, shortly after welcoming their baby girl.

In the past, Scarlett has spoken openly about her romance with Romain, the former editor of French urban art magazine Clark. "He's the smartest person I know," she said in an April 2015 interview with Parade. "I was attracted to the way he thinks, his sense of irony, how he looks at things."
