Fans may remember Gareth Gates as the shy teenager who came runner up on the singing talent show Pop Idol back in 2002. But the singer is now all grown up and oozing confidence!
Gareth looked perfectly at home on the red carpet at the National Television Awards, posing with his long-term girlfriend Faye Brookes on Wednesday night.
He was dapper in a black tuxedo and played the perfect gentleman, bending down to adjust the train of his girlfriend's dress. Fans also commented on Gareth's new look – his radiant, bronzed tan.

It was a triumphant night for Gareth's leading lady. Faye, 29, was awarded Best Newcomer for her role in Coronation Street. The actress has been playing Kate Connor in the soap since 2015.
"My baby did it.... SHE DID IT!! I couldn't be more proud of my beautiful angel @Faye_Brookes You deserve it all baby @OfficialNTAs BEAMING x," Gareth, 32, proudly wrote on Twitter.
He also performed a special rap song for his girlfriend on the morning after the awards ceremony, while the pair lay in bed with Faye clutching her new award.

The actress also thanked her fans for their support. "A huge thank you to everyone who voted @OfficialNTAs so unbelievably grateful & overwhelmed by all your love & support bring on #NTAs2017," she tweeted.
The couple started dating in 2013, almost a year after Gareth split from his wife Suzanne Moles. At the time, Gareth and Faye were starring in a touring production of Legally Blonde and were rumoured to have grown close.
But Gareth insisted that the end of his three-year marriage to Suzanne, with whom he has a daughter Missy, was because they had "grown apart".
