Earlier on Friday, a representative for Scarlett confirmed to HELLO! Online that she had indeed split from Luke. There is no animosity between the ex couple, and the I'm a Celebrity winner reportedly hopes to remain friends. Scarlett and Luke first met four years ago but didn't start dating until April last year, and just last month the pair relocated to London from Newcastle where they moved in together.
Over the past year, the Gogglebox star has been busy working on her new fitness DVD and has since dropped a dramatic 3st in just six months. Speaking recently to New magazine, Scarlett praised her boyfriend for all his encouragement. She explained: "My boyfriend is super-fit so it's quite good having him on side because he's quite motivated. I've got no excuse now!"

The news of their break-up comes one week after Scarlett co-hosted this year's National Television Awards, which Luke also attended. Since her appearance on ITV's I'm A Celebrity in November, Scarlett's television career has picked up massively. She has now signed up to be a co-presenter alongside Ant & Dec for their show Saturday Night Takeaway and will also host a reboot of Channel Four dating show Streetmate.
