Fearne Cotton was among the first to send birthday wishes to her best friend Holly Willoughby on Friday. To mark the special occasion, Fearne shared a throwback photo on her Instagram account, showing the pair together on holiday in Las Vegas, basking in the sunshine next to a pool. "Happy birthday Dolly @hollywilloughby," she wrote. "Here's a photo to remind us how quickly time flies. This feels like another lifetime ago, before kids, eye bags and sleep theft. Fearne, 35, and Holly, 36, have been best friends since they first met working for BBC children's television back in 2000. The pair are so close, that they teamed up to write a book together in 2010 titled The Best Friends' Guide to Life. "It seemed natural for Holly and me to do something together because we are genuinely best friends," Fearne told the Daily Mail at the time. "We're on TV together, but we're friends first and foremost… Inside, we're made of the same stuff. We've just got this different wrapping paper."

Both women are now happily married and are mothers. Fearne tied the knot with Jesse Wood in July 2014, and the couple are parents to two children, son Rex, who will be four on 21 February, and one-year-old daughter Honey Krissy. Fearne is also a stepmother to Jesse's two children - Arthur, 14, and Lola, 10 - from his marriage with first wife Catherine 'Tilly' Boone. Holly, meanwhile, has been married to producer Dan Baldwin since August 2007. They have three children together; Harry, seven, Belle, five, and Chester, two.
