Michael Buble makes emotional return to music with new video after Noah’s cancer treatment

Michael Bublé has released a new music video for his latest single I Believe in You. The sweet video follows a couple who meet as children and spend their lives together, and fans are already praising the beautiful story. The three-minute clip was released shortly after the star gave his fans an update on his three-year-old son Noah, who was diagnosed with cancer in November 2016.

The Haven't Met You Yet singer confirmed that his son isresponding to treatment, writing: "We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future of our little boy," he said. "He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us. Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words." He then thanked fans for their support, adding: "We'd like to thank the thousands of people that have sent their prayers and good wishes to us. As we continue this journey we are greatly comforted by your support and love."

The music video was created by Michael's friend and Dancing with the Stars performer Derek Hough, who also directed and starred in the sweet video. Speaking about creating the video, he told People magazine: "It was an absolute privilege to be a part of it. I’ve been a huge fan of Michael for a long time. I think that he embodies positivity. He’s a force for good - not only with his music, but also as a human being. He’s such a good guy and I only want to be a part of good things and pohsitive things." On Facebook, he went on to say: "It’s been a pleasure to work on this project -- a positive story about everlasting love. Sending all that energy to Michael and his wonderful family #believeinyou."

According to a press release from Warner Bros. the video focuses on a couple's love story. When developing it, Derek kept thoughts of his grandparents' relationship in mind. "My grandpa passed away this past year," he explained. "My grandparents had been together for over 60 years. They danced together every morning and every evening." He added to People: "When I heard the song, I just kept picturing my grandparents and this love that lasted for such a long time. I wanted to show a love story that stood the test of time.
