George Clooney’s famous friends continue to weigh in on the news that he and his wife, Amal Clooney, are expecting twins. The latest is Don Cheadle, who worked with George on the Ocean's franchise. Full of jokes as he spoke to reporters after his first Grammy win over the weekend, the 52-year-old said, "He’s going to be a terrible parent, and we’re going to have to handle that for him… We’re going to take the kids."

He went on to give some comical parenting advice to his pal: "As soon as the kids come out, send them to us or they’re going to be ruined." In all seriousness, the Iron Man actor said he was "very happy" for George and Amal, and that it wasn’t difficult keeping such big and exciting news quiet. "We keep each other’s secrets," he said of his high-profile friendships.

Other pals who have expressed their excitement over the baby news include Matt Damon and George’s mum. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Matt recalled hearing about the happy news while he was filming with George in 2016. "I was working with him last fall and he pulled me aside on set and I mean, I almost started crying. I was so happy for him. And I was like, 'How far along is she?' And he goes, 'eight weeks'."

The father of four was quick to quip, "Are you out of your mind?! Don’t tell anybody else! Don’t tell anybody else! Don’t you know the 12-week rule?’ Like of course he doesn’t. I was like, ‘just shut up, man.’ And then four weeks later, I’m like, ‘we’re good right?'” to which George said, "We’re good.'” While the actor’s mother, Nina Clooney, spoke with Us Weekly and said her son and daughter-in-law will be great parents. "We are extremely happy for George and Amal, and I cannot imagine two people who would be better parents. We were with them and they told us together. We were all together, and it was lovely. It was just a personal moment."
