Phillip Schofield seemed to be having a great time on a Monday night theatre trip to see Gary Barlow's new musical, The Girls. Sharing a hilarious snap on Instagram, the This Morning star grinned behind a cheeky backdrop, which was certainly more than a little revealing! Hiding his modesty with a pair of buns, Phillip titled the picture "'The Girls' musical Gala night.. and I've got my buns out". And his picture certainly went down well with his 1 million followers. One fan wrote: "Suits you sir", while another quipped: "The cakes look great". Phillip, who returned to This Morning with co-star Holly Willoughby after a well-deserved week off for half term, was no doubt in good spirits after flying back to the UK, having experienced a less than sunny trip to Dubai with his wife, Stephanie.

Phillip and Holly's return to the popular daytime show today kicked off with a bang when reality TV star Joey Essex arrived in the studios. The presenters were forced to apologise to viewers after the 26-year-old accidently swore on-air, as a result of his microphone being left on while he was waiting backstage. When the cameras cut back to Gino D'Acampo in the kitchen, Joey could still be heard mid-outburst - to which Phillip remarked: "Can we still hear Joey Essexy chatting away?" Holly then apologised to viewers, saying: "If any of you heard something that Joey Essex said that you found offensive we do apologise. He didn't realise his mic was up so we are sorry for that." Phillip then joked: "I didn't know he knew words that big".
