She is one of the most beloved professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing, so it's no wonder Karen Clifton has an incredibly toned physique. The 34-year-old - who is married to fellow Strictly dancer Kevin Clifton - took to her Instagram page on Tuesday to post one of her many workout videos. The latest one sees Karen join forces with her adorable pet pooch Betty as she shared her fitness tips with followers. "Today's warm up is brought to you by my sidekick Betty wiggles," she captioned the video.

Dressed in a black leotard, the dancer flaunted her lean and slender frame in all its glory while she pranced around her living room. She also posted another video, urging fans to think of motivational ways to do exercises. Sharing one tip, she wrote: "Dusting off my floor with my lil sidekick Betty wiggles. Keeping in form and always finding new ways to make my workouts fun. Remember: Love yourself today." [sic]

Meanwhile, Karen and her husband Kevin are no doubt gearing up for their tour, which kicks off in July. Speaking to HELLO! about their exciting new project, Karen revealed: "The tour is something we have always thought about doing since we met. We love performing in a theatre. It's something that sits very close to our hearts. We met in a theatre, we got engaged in a theatre, now the best thing to do is perform our dream show in a theatre." Kevin & Karen DANCE will be based on the married couple's life and how they grew up in different countries and their influences while growing up.

STORY: Karen and Kevin Clifton add more dates to their tour

Kevin added: "Since meeting on Broadway, performing on the West End and eventually working together on our own projects, we have always talked about how much we would love to create our own theatre show with our own ideas." He continued: "We like to fantasise about what we would do if the show was completely our own and we could do anything we want. So the upcoming tour is a result of a few years of work and a culmination of all our inspirations."
