Being a mom to twins is no doubt difficult, and it's a reality Céline Dion knows all too well. The busy 48-year-old welcomed twins, Eddy and Nelson, with her late-husband René Angélil six years ago and she knows better than anyone what reigning in the chaos can be like. It's why the advice she doles out should be listened to -- even by superstar Beyoncé.
Beyoncé is set to welcome twins later this year
"It's going to be hectic in the house," the singer said of the 35-year-old who recently announced she's expecting twins with her husband Jay Z. "She's fortunate enough that she can have all the people that she wants to help her, but no one will ever replace a mom and she's a great mom. I'm pretty sure of that."

The My Heart Will Go On singer went on tell E! News, "I think it's a double blessing... I have twins. I think she's covered. She's been in the business for so long, she's got her own people... When she does something, she knows what she's doing."
She wrapped up the interview by adding: "I love you Beyoncé, of course you know that. I wish her the best." The Canadian crooner spoke with the outlet in Las Vegas on Wednesday in advance of the launch of her very first lifestyle collection with The Bugatti Group. At the event she announced four of her handbags will be available for pre-purchase on Feb. 27. The entire line will feature active wear, accessories, eyewear, beauty, and travel products. Some 200 items have been crafted, many high-end others completely affordable.
Celine was reportedly involved in conceiving each item, and wanted to ensure each reflected her modern sense of style and femininity, and her "sensibility, elegance, practicality and desire for high-quality goods". "As a woman who loves fashion, I am very excited to start a partnership," the songstress star said in a press release. "Their vision towards my brand is impressive, and their passion for fashion is as intense as mine. So guess what… we’re going to have a really good time together! And hopefully, all will enjoy the new collection."
