Susanna Reid took to her Twitter page on Wednesday to reveal she was very much "single" after she was inundated with several date offers. The Good Morning Britain host, 46, told her followers that she wasn't looking for Mr Right at the moment. "Thanks for your generous offers this morning twitter but.... I'm single by choice," she wrote. The tweet comes three years after she confirmed her split from her long-term partner and the father of her children, Dominic Cotton.

Just moments earlier, one fan wrote: "@susannareid100 is a 10/10. I know I'm 30 and she's 41 but I'd make her a pasta bake and a cheeky garlic bread any day. #DinnerDateGoals." To which, Susanna hit back: "I don't want to ruin anything, but I'm 46." The TV star ended her 16 year relationship with Dominic in 2014, and the pair continue to live together, despite the fact that Dominic has a new girlfriend. "We still get on so well, Dom is such a hands-on dad and we really co-parent," Suzanna previously told The Sun's Fabulous magazine.

Susanna Reid has said she is single by choice

STORY: Susanna says she would not rule out having a baby at 50

"So we live separately but together and happily in the same house. I'm not saying that everyone can do it (and) I definitely think people are surprised that we can do it this way." She added: "Obviously we've been through a bit since splitting up, because a separation is always going to be sad. But it's nice for the children that they know Mum and Dad are still there. I'm privileged to have a great relationship with my ex, to the point where we can still live together comfortably and he can have a new relationship."

Earlier this year, Susanna said she would not rule out becoming a mother again at 50. The TV star was discussing the news that Janet Jackson had welcomed her first child with her GMB co-host Piers Morgan when she revealed she would be open to having another baby. The two presenters got into a lively debate on the show, prompted by the arrival of Janet's baby son, Eissa. Outspoken Piers questioned, "Is this a good thing", before highlighting that the popstar will be 70 when her newborn son turns 20. Taken aback by his comments, mum-of-three Susanna replied: "I think why not, actually. I wouldn't rule it out."
