Although she has been dating him since 2014, Gwyneth Paltrow has finally made her romance with boyfriend Brad Falchuk Instagram official. The Hollywood star, 44, took to her social media page on Wednesday to share a sweet picture of the pair as she wished her partner a happy birthday. She simply captioned the snap, "Happy birthday, handsome." Ironically, Brad's birthday falls just a day before Gwyneth's ex-husband, British musician Chris Martin - who turns 40 on Thursday.

The former couple are parents to 12-year-old Apple and ten-year-old Moses. They "consciously uncoupled" in 2014 after ten years of marriage. Despite their divorce, Gwyneth and Chris have remained on good terms and work hard to ensure their children are their top priority. Last year, the actress opened up about the end of her marriage with Chris, admitting she was proud of their relationship as co-parents.

"As anybody who has been divorced knows, you have to put a lot aside to maintain the family and the practicalities of what that might mean and sometimes that’s quite tough on a personal level," the Hollywood star told Page Six, adding, "It's a commitment I make every day to my children and their father even though we're not in a romantic relationship."

Gwyneth has since been in a relationship with Glee co-creator Brad, while Chris is believed to be dating Peaky Binders actress Annabelle Wallis. Brad is a father to two children, Brody and Isabella, whom he shares with his ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik. Last year, in an interview with InStyle, Gwyneth explained why she is able to have a committed relationship with her ex. "To this day, Chris would take a bullet for me, even though I'm not his wife," she explained. "I honestly think Chris and I have contributed something positive to the culture of divorce." And hailing Brad, she added: "[Brad] has his own version of it, his own family where it's not a couple but it's a family."
