Lisa Riley has lost an incredible 11 stone over the past few years – and looks fantastic! The Loose Women presenter took to Twitter on Friday to show just how different she now looks with a before and after photo, reflecting on how she doesn’t even “recognise the person in the other photo.” Captioning the two photos side by side, the former Emmerdale star passionately wrote: “Sometimes it hits me,TRULY don't recognise the person in the other photo, feel proud of choices I was ALLOWED to make, decided to make change.” The pictures show a remarkable difference, with the presenter dropping from a size 30 to size 12 dress size. Fans were in awe of the change, with one asking: “How did you do it? Ive heard stories in papers but wanted to know from you?” Lisa’s advice was: “Honestly… dedication…naturally..eating really well..no booze…good headspace!!” Another follower asked the presenter just how long it had taken her to transform her body, to which she replied encouragingly: “About 20 months now..you can do it should you want to.”

Fans were amazed with just how much weight the star had lost
Lisa recently underwent an operation to have excess skin removed from her body following her weight loss. Last month, she broke down in tears on Loose Women while discussing the impending operation, admitting to the panel: "I'm petrified going under the anaesthetic”. Actress Linda Lusardi asked after her recovery, writing to her friend: “How did your opp go. Are you ok now,” to which the 40-year-old responded: “@lusardiofficial doing great thanks babes, small steps and day by day I am getting stronger and stronger!"
The former You’ve Been Framed host often discusses her weight loss journey on Loose Women, and has previously revealed her new eating regime: "I don't believe in fad diets, even though I have tried them before. I have no food after 6.30pm.” Lisa even silenced her critics on the show by taking a lie detector test live on air in order to prove she had not fibbed about shedding the pounds by following a healthier lifestyle. "When I came on this show and the big weight loss was revealed, 93 per cent of people are supportive," she said while discussing her decision to take the test. "Basically, what's happened is the other few per cent are calling me a liar. One thing I'm not is a liar. What I've done is such a good achievement." She added: "People who have had gastric bands, brilliant, good on you. I did this my way. All I want to do is help other women and men."
Lisa passed the test with flying colours, and shared her relief at being able to put the rumours to rest. "Once and for all I draw a line under this," she said. "I haven't lied and there is the proof."
