Ex Eastenders’ star Charlie Clements shot to fame as Bradley Branning, who tragically died after falling off the roof of the Queen Vic in the soap's dramatic live episode back in 2010. Since leaving seven years ago, the actor has kept a relatively low profile, but recently posted a current photo of himself on Twitter – and he looks so very different now! Still a teenager while on the show, Charlie was known in Eastenders for his mass of red hair and youthful appearance - aged just 18. Now at 28, the actor rocks a shaved head and beard, complete with trendy glasses.

Charlie's youthful appearance is how fans remembered him

Last year, the star gave fans their first glimpse of his new look after briefly stepping back into the limelight to appear on Loose Women. Making reference to the huge reaction resulting from his appearance in his caption, Charlie captioned his photo: “A year ago everyone was up in arms because I looked SO different at 28 to 18.. bet they didn’t expect this at 29! #actor ‘chameleon.” Fans approved of his latest look, with one writing: “You wear a beard well sir,” while another wrote: “looks great!!!”

The actor was awarded the Best Exit award at both the Inside Soap and British Soap awards following his departure from the BBC show. His acting credentials also include The Bill, Casualty and most recently, Channel 5's documentary drama Henry VIII and His Six Wives. Reflecting on his time on Eastenders, Charlie told the Loose Women panel last year: “I had a great time on the show when I was there but it was time to go. I’ve been acting since I was four. EastEnders was a job I had when I was 18.”
