Friendly exes, indeed. Rebecca Adlington once again showed that she still remains on good terms with her estranged husband Harry Needs, by wishing him a happy birthday on Instagram. The retired Olympic swimmer, who shares young daughter Summer with her ex, went on to praise the personal trainer for being an "amazing dad". Taking to the picture-sharing site, Becky uploaded the sweetest photo of Harry and Summer. The little girl, who turns two in June, was pictured giggling and beaming from ear-to-ear as she sat on her dad's shoulders.

"Happy birthday @harryneeds!!!" Becky, 28, wrote. "I know you will have an amazing day as you get to be with Summer this afternoon. Thank you for being an amazing dad. Hope you have enjoyed your holiday. #birthday." Becky and Harry split in March 2016, after 18 months of marriage. The pair have remained on friendly terms ever since, and continue to focus on co-parenting their daughter. Over the weekend, Harry paid a sweet tribute to his ex-wife, wishing her a happy Mother's Day. Alongside a photo of Becky kissing their daughter on the lips, he wrote: "Happy Mother's Day Rebecca, I'm sure Summer would tell you herself if she could."

The couple announced their split on Becky's website last year, with a joint statement that read: "It's after much thought and sadness that we confirm our separation. It is on amicable terms and we still remain close friends. We move forward with respect for one another and our focus and commitment is on parenting our gorgeous daughter Summer."
The couple still see each other on a fairly regular basis. They reunited for Summer's first birthday party, and they are never far from each other's mind. Becky took her daughter on a trip to Disneyland earlier this year. She revealed her bittersweet story to fans on Instagram, saying that the last time she went to the amusement park, she was on her honeymoon with Harry – and pregnant with their child.
