Like father, like son. Brooklyn Beckham took to Instagram on Sunday to share a photo of his very first tattoo. The 18-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham proudly unveiled the inking – a portrait of a Native American on his forearm - to his 9.6million followers, alongside a series of photos showing him in the process of getting the tattoo. "And we're done," he wrote alongside the final picture.
Brooklyn chose to get his tattoo at the Shamrock Social Club in Los Angeles, and was inked by its owner Mark Mahoney. "Honoured to have my first tattoo done by dad's friend Mark Mahoney," Brooklyn told his fans. "Thank you so much Mark x just like dad's." David accompanied his son to the tattoo parlour. The former footballer is a big fan of tattoos and has around 40 inked on his body – including a Native American on his torso.

Meanwhile, it's been reported that Brooklyn will be heading off to university this autumn. The aspiring photographer is said to be hoping to study fashion photography – but, like all prospective freshers, will have to wait until August when his A Level results are revealed to find out if he has a place. Brooklyn previously revealed his plans in a 2015 interview with Miss Vogue, telling the magazine: "I'm hoping to study art and photography in the US, once I have finished my A Levels."

Brooklyn celebrated his 18th birthday just last month, and was inundated with messages from his friends, fans and his family. David and Victoria both took to Instagram to celebrate the momentous occasion, with David sharing a photo of himself holding Brooklyn as a baby, and writing: "So on this day 18 years ago this little man came into our lives. To say we felt blessed is an understatement. From day one he never slept through the night the only way he would fall asleep is when I took him out in the car and it had to be BoyZone on the radio and he would drop right off. Thankfully he now sleeps the whole night without needing a song.

We are so proud and love you so much… Happy Birthday Buster x Lots and lots of love."
