Alesha Dixon has revealed that she is planning a comeback with her former Misteeq bandmates, joking that it would be "disastrous" not to bring the popular girl band for a reunion. Chatting on Lorraine on Friday, she said: "I don't know what we're waiting for really, to be honest. We're talking, we love each other – we'd love it to happen one day. Timing is key. At the moment, obviously I'm in the studio working on solo material and I'm working on some other things, so it's just finding that time to do it. It would be disastrous to not do something because the history we have together and the fact that, if it wasn't for the girls, I wouldn't be doing anything that I'm doing now. And I love them – so it'd be nice."

The star, who will reprise her role as a judge in the upcoming series of Britain's Got Talent, also recently opened up about body issues women face, telling the MailOnline: "I don't know if it's because I'm in my 30s that I feel like that now, but generally the older I get, the less I care about that. I love to look good, I love to get glammed up but it's not the most important thing in my world and I'm not afraid to not be perfect. I can see where there is a lot of pressure cause we live in a very visual world, but I try to go a bit deeper than that, things are just more important!"

She added: "I'm happy to be human, and being human means we aren't perfect. The most important thing for me, when somebody asks me what I class as being a success, is being a decent human being. It's being kind [and] being loving.
