Kate Beckinsale has showed off her incredible figure in an Instagram post. The star is currently enjoying a spring break, and shared snaps of herself lounging on a canopy and posing next to art work. She captioned the first photo: "Float float and some funny marks on your bum when you get up." Fans were quick to praise her figure, with one writing: "You look great, super body." Another added: "You look amazing." The Pearl Harbour actress also shared a selfie wearing a floral bikini, simply writing: "Happy oh happy." Kate has previously spoken about her workout regime, telling Shape magazine: "I start out absolutely dreading it, do an incredibly punishing workout, [complain] about it the whole time, and end up feeling 100 per cent better when I leave. Working out is basically nature's antidepressant."

The 43-year-old shares an 18-year-old daughter, Lily, with her ex-husband Michael Sheen, and recently posted a throwback snap of her wearing a pair of too-big platform sandals as a toddler to celebrate her birthday. She wrote: "18 and now you're in the big girl shoes for real. I love you so much @lily_beckinsale. Nothing has been better in my life than being your mama. Happy happy happy birthday to my favourite, funniest best person in the world. PS we will obviously get you better shoes, those are hideous I don't know what I was thinking."

Kate has remained great friends with Michael since their split 12 years ago, and opened up about relationship to The Telegraph. "We're very lucky," she said. "I spent nearly ten years of my life with Michael. I don't think I've got horrible taste and I really value the friendship that I have with him, and the fact that he is Lily's dad."
