Matt Damon's family holiday Down Under took a scary turn this week. The actor’s six-year-old daughter Stella was reportedly stung by a jelly fish while at Byron Bay on Tuesday. Matt and his wife Luciana Barroso in addition to their girls — Isabella, Alexia and Gia — were enjoying a day at The Pass with fellow actor Chris Hemsworth and his family when the incident occurred.

According to the Courier Mail, witnesses reported hearing Matt's little girl scream before she rushed out of the water. The Hollywood star dashed to a local cafe for ice after his daughter was stung. Photos published by the Daily Mail showed paramedics attending to Stella on the scene, where she was comforted by her parents and the Thor actor.

He added, "Matt's just a normal guy who has the movie-star thing figured out. "Meanwhile, Matt previously told radio show Fitzy And Wippa: "I'm really tight with him and his wife and the kids."
