Harry Styles has fuelled speculation that he is set to play Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger in a new film about the iconic band. Appearing on Friday's Graham Norton Show, the One Direction star was asked to confirm if it was true. Although the singer tried to dismiss the question by staying silent, he managed to hint the possibility with his facial expressions. The movie, which will be directed by Downton Abbey's Andy Goddard, is reported to be called Exile on Main Street: A Season in Hell with the Rolling Stones.

Meanwhile, Harry, 23, has been busy promoting his new album. Sharing his excitement over his new material, he told Graham: "I am excited and really proud of it. I have worked so hard on it." Despite being a proud member of the world's most loved pop group, Harry confessed he wasn't feeling too lonely without them. He added: "There's certainly more room in the dressing room! I don't feel on my own because I have such an amazing band."

Earlier this month, the British singer released his debut solo single, Sign of the Times. The power ballad was played for the first time on BBC Radio 1, and fans were quick to praise the single, with many comparing the 23-year-old to David Bowie. One fan wrote: "I just died, got reborn, died again, went to heaven, and got reborn again. Thanks Harry Styles." Another added: "Harry Styles is bringing back classic rock vibes and it's gonna catch on. This song is gonna change today's music taste. trust. #SignOfTheTimes." The One Direction band member tweeted to thank fans for their support, writing: "Thanks for having me. Love you. H."
