It was a case of ‘love at first light’ for TV couple Beckie Louise Finch and Adam Ryan, who met on ITV dating game show Take Me Out. This weekend the smitten pair will walk down the aisle to tie the knot, becoming the sixth couple to marry from the hit show. Beckie and Adam did not actually date on the show – Adam picked another contestant Laura to join him on the Isle of Fernando's. It was only after the show that Adam realised Beckie was his soul mate and tracked her down on Facebook. Six months later the happy couple got engaged on the stage of a West End show!
Taking to her Twitter page this week, Beckie posted a photo of a congratulatory telegram from Take Me Out and the show’s host Paddy McGuinness. It read: “Congratulations! Dear Beckie and Adam, sending you a massive congratulations on your big day. Let the bride see the groom! With love from Paddy and the Take Me Out team x.” Beckie was touched by the sweet message, commenting: “From the guys who made it happen! Thanks @PaddyMcGuinness & @takemeoutuk xoxo.” One of Beckie’s followers wrote: “Paddy is so good! Not only is he hilarious but he’s one heck of a match-maker!”

The loved-up pair sent each other adorable messages on their Twitter pages on Friday night, ahead of their wedding on Saturday. Beckie wrote: “Sleep tight @AdamRyan, I love you, see you at the altar.” Adam replied to his fiancée, saying: “I can’t wait to see you already (heart emoji) Night Surrey.” Adam also tweeted: “I GET MARRIED TOMORROW!!! X”
In a previous statement, the happy couple said: “We owe absolutely everything to Take Me Out! We feel so blessed to not only have taken part in such an amazing experience where we’ve made forever friends and laughed until our bellies hurt, we also got the chance to meet each other. Our paths would never have crossed so we give eternal thanks to everyone who made this happen for us. True love is found in the craziest places!”
