Luisana Lopilato took to Instagram on Monday to share a sweet family photo with her fans. The image, which was taken during a day out at the beach, shows the mum-of-two giggling as her 15-month-old son Elias throws sand at her. Next to the picture, Michael Buble's wife wrote in Spanish: "While he throws sand at me, I enjoy his laughter", along with the hashtags #familyfirst #laughagain #mamasboy. The sweet snapshot comes after Luisana and Michael confirmed that their eldest son, three-year-old Noah, is now in recovery following his liver cancer diagnosis.

Speaking at a press conference last month while promoting her new film Those Who Love, Hate, the 29-year-old told journalists: "It's difficult for me to speak about this, it's very recent and I'm still a bit sensitive about the subject. My son's recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups. But we are very happy. We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow." She continued: "Thank God my son is well. When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes. Now I value life much more, the now and the today."

Michael, 41, and Luisana have been married since 2011. They first revealed Noah's illness in an emotional message on Michael's Facebook page in November. "We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah, who is currently undergoing treatment in the US," the couple wrote. "We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children." Since receiving the sad news, Michael has made caring for Noah his priority, cancelling his appearance at the BBC Music Awards in December, as well as pulling out of the February Brit Awards and the Juno Awards in April.
