Family will be at the heart of Nicole Kidman's upcoming 50th birthday celebrations on 20 June. The Australian star has revealed how excited she is to ring in her milestone birthday with a quiet celebration surrounded by her loved ones.
"[I want] to hang with my divine husband and my kids and my sister," she gushed to E! News at The Beguiled premiere in Los Angeles. In addition to her loving husband Keith Urban and their daughters Sunday, 8, and six-year-old Faith, Nicole will have some very special out of town guests at her soiree. "I've already been to Australia and saw my mom and it's too far for her to travel but my sister is coming over with all her children. She has six kids," she explained to the media outlet.
Forget glitz, glamour and extravagance, Nicole admitted that a small affair with her loved ones is all she needs. "I don't need any big parties; I just need my family around me. If I have my family around me I am happy."
And while some Hollywood stars dread the big 5-0, Nicole is ready and willing to embrace it. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the Oscar winner shared, "I try to embrace all parts of my life now because I think you just go, 'Wow. [I'm] so lucky, so blessed.'"
