Rio Ferdinand and Kate Wright look more loved-up than ever! The couple, who started dating in January, packed on the PDA as they posed for a cute picture together during a Christmas party over the weekend. "Cheeky night out with this one," the retired footballer captioned the photo, which sees them cuddling up to one another at Rio's restaurant, Rosso. The former TOWIE star showed off her fabulous figure in a stripy khaki playsuit, while the sports star looked handsome in black trousers and a matching jumper.

The lovebirds appear to be going from strength to strength, and have been making more appearances on each other's social media accounts in recent months. Last month, Rio shared a sweet photo of his girlfriend and his three children, on his 39th birthday. "Morning presents and cake.... this lot setting birthday morning standards," he said. The photograph saw the proud father surrounded by his kids Lorenz, 11, Tate, nine, and six-year-old Tia as they sat down for a special birthday breakfast together.
STORY: Kate Wright reveals she is quitting fame to focus on Rio & his kids
In September, Kate announced that she was stepping out of the spotlight to focus on her relationship with the footballer and his three kids. "I'm taking a step back from the public eye," she told The Sun. "I want to keep my life private as I lived my previous relationship on TOWIE. My priority right now is Rio and the family." Rio lost his wife Rebecca in 2015 following a short battle with cancer, leaving him as the primary carer for his young family. During a recent appearance on This Morning, Rio admitted that he is finally happy again. "I'm really happy now, the kids are really happy, it's the happiest they've been," he shared. "I'm in a relationship and it's going well. My kids deserve to be happy, they've had tragedy for the last few years of their lives."
