Davina McCall has developed something of a crush on Hollywood actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. The newly-single star, who split from her husband of 17 years, Matthew Robertson, in November, has revealed that she has been secretly messaging The Rock on Twitter in a bid to get him to notice her. "I just think he’s a nice guy, a really nice guy, great positive energy," the 50-year-old told the Sun. "I have a blue tick next to my name [on Twitter], so I'm sort of thinking, 'Do you think Dwayne Johnson is going to look at his tweets and go, 'Oh hang on, there's a blue tick from a British girl, I'm gonna click on her. And oh, she seems like a nice person, I'm going to answer her'? He hasn't yet."

She continued: "I think The Rock seems like, and it's not that I want to marry him, well I do actually want to marry him, he seems like the nicest guy!" Unfortunately for Davina, 45-year-old Dwayne is happily settled down with his long-term partner, Lauren Hashian. The couple, who started dating in 2006, are the parents to two-year-old daughter Jasmine, and revealed in December that they are expecting their second child together, another baby girl.

Davina shocked fans at the end of November when she announced the end of her marriage to Matthew. The TV presenter confirmed the news in a statement to HELLO! Online, saying: "I am very sad to say that Matthew and I have separated. Our amazing children are our number one priority, above everything else so therefore we ask for as much space and respect from the media as possible while our family goes through this difficult time."
Davina and Matthew share three children together, daughters Holly and Tilly and a son, Chester, and the pair renewed their wedding vows in a Las Vegas ceremony just two years ago. Matthew, who found fame presenting TV's Pet Rescue, first met Davina while walking their dogs on Clapham Common.
