Theo shares two children, Finley and Arlo, with his wife Melanie – and although we're sure the footballer will receive plenty of great presents, nothing can compare to his gift in 2016, when Melanie told him she was pregnant with their second child! Speaking to HELLO!, Melanie said: "The timing was so special, the fact that it was his birthday. I knew it was the best present he could have wished for. Theo's a real family man and an amazing dad.
