Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty are getting ready to welcome baby number two, and made sure to spend some quality time together on Wednesday as they enjoyed a lunch date in Beverly Hills. All eyes were on Cat as she stepped out with her husband, dressing her bump in a slim fitting black top teamed with a cream and black blazer, black skinny jeans and knee high boots, and accessorising with oversized aviators and a patent black Gucci bag. Patrick, meanwhile, looked smart in a navy sweatshirt, chinos and white trainers as they made their way to the restaurant.

Can't wait to be a family of four in the spring. We're all so excited." Cat later revealed that her she is afraid of how her little boy will react to being a big brother – so much so that she hadn’t told him. Talking to chat show host Steve Harvey, she said: "He gave me a black eye, he hit me with the ukulele – and it went all black and yellow and purple, he then threw sand in the eye so I went blind for ten minutes! So I'm really hoping this child survives! I haven’t told Milo yet about the pregnancy yet."
