The This Morning star will be marking the special occasion with his loving wife Stephanie and their two gorgeous daughters, Molly and Ruby. Susan walked into our lives nine years ago - and aren't we glad she did! The singer has been looking better than ever lately after being motivated to lose weight following her type 2 diabetes diagnosis in 2016.The star hasn't been touring lately due to health reasons but hopefully we will see her performing again soon. Speaking to The Mirror in 2016 she revealed why she will not be going on tour anytime soon: “I haven't performed live because I've been ill. The short answer is that it has been connected to my Asperger's syndrome. When you sing, you put on a persona. I hide behind that person on stage. You can feel like death, but you have to put it on. The audience wants to see someone smiley."

The radio presenter is also celebrating his birthday on April Fool's Day. Since quitting Top Gear two years ago, Chris has been busy presenting on the radio, and last year earned more than £10million. According to The Sun, that sum is a result of his earnings from his career on TV, radio and also his side project: selling sports cars. We think he might be treating himself to something very special this year!
