Over the past few weeks, she has been busy filming new drama The Cry. This is her latest acting project, with the star having first rose to fame in ITV soap Emmerdale, before going on to star in shows including Waterloo Road and Doctor Who. She then made a name for herself as the protagonist in ITV's Victoria, which first aired in 2016.

Tess Daly turns 49

The Strictly host recently returned from a trip to Rome, where they spent time with their daughters Phoebe, 13, and Amber, eight. Although the couple rarely share family photos on social media, Tess gave a glimpse at her eldest daughter riding a segway through the park, much to the delight of her fans.
