When Daisy Dove Bloom was born in August, the couple didn't just announce her birth on Instagram, they did it via UNICEF, setting up a fundraising page and encouraging people to donate money to those whose birthing experience wasn't as good as theirs.

Katy and Orlando are goodwill ambassadors for the charity, dressing up as Mr and Mrs Claus to visit a Los Angeles children's hospital.

The couple were UNICEF supporters before they met, travelling to Madagascar and Bangladesh, and have both received the charity's prestigious Audrey Hepburn Humanitarian Award.

"They are caring, compassionate and always generous with the time they spend getting to know children and their families, while harnessing their influence to bring children's stories home to millions.
