Angelina is arguably known as much as a humanitarian and activist as she is a Hollywood A-lister.
The actress' philanthropy is well-known, even going so far as to make films which highlight global social issues that she's come across in her work as a UN special envoy.
The Maddox Jolie-Pitt Foundation supports rural communities in Cambodia, while she's a co-chair of the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.
"I have so much in my life. I want to be of value to the world." - Angelina Jolie
And she's been donating like crazy this year. On top of giving three quarters of a million pounds to No Kid Hungry to ease child hunger during the pandemic, in September, she heard about two British boys who had set up a lemonade stand to raise money for the crisis in Yemen and sent them a large donation to fuel their charitable efforts.
"The amount Angelina cares about those that are suffering is so apparent through her endless campaigning and efforts to end world suffering. She has empowered two six year old boys to change the world and we hope we've inspired adults and children alike to do the same. To us Angelina Jolie is one of the most beautiful people on the planet, both inside and out." - Shakil Moosa, father of 6-year-old Ayaan Moosa, who set up The Lemonaid Boys with his friend, Mikaeel Ishaaq.
