Catherine Zeta-Jones wowed her Instagram followers once again this week as she shared a never-before-seen throwback photo. The 51-year-old actress posted a snapshot showing her and husband Michael Douglas at a film event – and she hasn’t aged one bit!

In the picture, Catherine can be seen looking back and smiling at the camera while walking the red carpet with Michael. Her long hair has been styled in loose waves, and she has opted for a simple off-the-shoulder dress and necklace. "Always smiling with you," she captioned the image.

Catherine's 3.6 million followers were quick to react to the black-and-white photo. "You are still the most beautiful woman in the world," one told her, while a second remarked: "Such a beautiful smile you have." A third wrote: "Beautiful couple inside and out."

Catherine and Michael, 76, have been married since 2000 and together they share two children: Dylan, 20, and 17-year-old Carys. Michael is also a father to 42-year-old Cameron from his first marriage to Diandra Luker.
Catherine shared a never-before-seen throwback photo on Instagram
There were great celebrations in the Douglas family recently when Michael met his one-month-old grandson for the very first time.
Cameron welcomed a baby boy named Ryder in December; he also shares three-year-old daughter Lua with Viviane Thibes.

Proud new grandfather Michael shared a sweet snapshot showing him cradling his very young grandson with a burp cloth draped over his shoulder and a bottle in his hand with little Ryder looking sweetly on. "First time I've seen my month old grandson, Ryder!" he captioned the black and white photo.

Catherine helped mark the happy news of Ryder's arrival in late December. Reposting a beautiful family photo of Cameron, his girlfriend Viviane Thibes – who was cradling their newborn son – and little Lua, Catherine shared her excitement over the new addition to the family.
