Christina Anstead has been met with a mass of supportive messages following a new cryptic post referencing heartbreak and "big feelings".

The Flip or Flop star – who separated from estranged husband Ant Anstead in September – posted a series of poems on her Instagram account which were written by her favourite poet, JMStorm.
Alongside screengrabs of some of his work, Christina wrote: "My favourite poet @jmstormquotes wrote a poem for me at my request and I was going to post it – but decided to keep it for myself because it's sacred.

"Here are a few of my favourites of his. I've been following him for 5 years and love his work! Also his book, 'In My Head' is amazing. If you've ever felt BIG feelings or been [heartbroken] you'll love his work."

Fans were quick to react to Christina's choice of words, with one writing: "These are beautiful. We don't know each other but I'm sending you a virtual hug. Somehow, I feel like you need one. Thanks for sharing this."

Another wrote: "This is beautiful and so are you. You're going to be fine just keep being strong and positive." A third added: "Please be good to yourself always."
Christina and Ant announced their separation in September, just under two years after their secret wedding.
The pair are putting their son Hudson first, something the reality star made sure to tell her followers on social media after she announced the news of their split. "Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate," she wrote.

"We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate our future."
The Flip or Flop star separated from Ant Anstead in September
The TV star is also mum to children Taylor and Braydon, who she shares with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.
Both Taylor and Brayden split their time between their mum and dad's houses in California.

Christina opened up about co-parenting with her ex in an interview with ET last year.

He said: "What doesn't work is having all that animosity towards each other. "Kids sense that, so Tarek and I will never say anything negative about each other to the kids, in front of the kids. I think that's so important.
"It's so important to still communicate and show [our] kids that we're still friends, that we'll always be a family. Whether that's sports events together, birthday parties. It just makes our kids feel more comfortable."
