Mom-of-one Amy, who had her uterus removed after a life-long battle with endometriosis, wore a navy blue boiler suit while Jennifer, who is expecting her first child with husband Cooke Maroney, rocked a blue gingham maxi dress with a denim jacket.

Jennifer's sign read: "Women can't be free if they don't control their bodies."

Fans and friends were quick to share the love with Ali Wentworth commenting: "March for my ovaries!"

Jennifer wed art dealer Cooke in October 2019 in front of 150 guests including Amy, Adele, Kris Jenner and Emma Stone. Amy and husband Chris Fischer wed in 2018 and welcomed their son in 2019.

The pair both marched in the rally

In late September Amy shared a video with fans after surgeons discovered a tumor in her appendix during surgery to remove her uterus.

"I'm feeling stronger and thrilled about life," she said, adding that "endo of the uterus, psoas all over all my lifelong pain explained and lifted out of my body, I am already a changed person."

The pair have been pals for years

Speaking in the clip, Amy's doctor said: "There was endometriosis within the uterus, period. Nobody can say otherwise.

"The second thing is, out of the 30 cysts we removed, 26 of them are positive for endo."

According to Mayo Clinic, "endometriosis is an often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus".
