Britney posted on Instagram on Monday a picture of a mini typewriter alongside three pink roses.

But it was the caption that had fans commenting with their love and support as she shared: "Don't you find it weird when you jump through hoops to organize trips or set up lunch dates with people you love only to know they'll bail on you or leave after 10 minutes?

"It's humiliating and it's like every person I've ever opened to immediately says they'll be gone on a trip for two weeks after. OK I get it, they're only available to me when it's convenient for them. Well I'm no longer available to any of them now!"

Britney continued: "I don't mind being alone, and actually I'm tired of being this understanding Mother Teresa. if you're rude to me then I'm done, peace out! This message is to my family, for hurting me deeper than you'll ever know!

"I know the conservatorship is about to be over but I still want justice! I'm only 5'4" and I've played the bigger person my entire life, do you know how hard that is?"

This summer has seen Britney force the suspension of her longtime conservatorship which was overseen by her estranged father Jamie Spears.

Jamie was granted control over his daughter's personal and business affairs in a court-ordered conservatorship in 2008. The order was originally granted after the star was put in hospital amid concerns over her mental health.

However questions have always been asked about why the 39-year-old remains under such a tight conservatorship, when she still works; the singer has been performing in Vegas for years.

In June, the Toxic singer spoke publicly for the first time about the arrangement, and made a desperate plea with Judge Penny to end the legal agreement.

During the hearing, Britney spoke publicly about her conservatorship, stating that her father controlled her "100,000 per cent" and that she wanted the arrangement to end.

Britney's father is no longer her conservator

"I am traumatised," she said, speaking to the judge virtually. "I just want my life back."

In September, Judge Brenda Penny appointed certified public accountant John Zabel as the temporary conservator of the singer's estate; he was selected by Britney and her attorney. The conservatorship of Britney’s person remains in place and is managed by Jodi Montgomery.

In November a second hearing will take place to consider removing the conservatorship entirely.
