Hoda Kotb rocked an incredible Halloween costume on Friday, taking on Carrie Underwood's iconic look from her Sunday Night Football commercial.

The Today star wore a long blonde wig and a short metallic dress alongside her co-hosts Savannah Guthrie and Jenna Bush

"Best team in the biz! What fun! @carrieunderwood I tried!!!! Hahaha," the 56-year-old captioned the post.
Fans loved the look, with one calling it "awesome" and another sharing: "Everyone looks amazing! So much fun!!"

However others thought she looked like the author and television personality Jill Martin, commenting: "I thought that was Jill Martin at first," and another sharing: "You look like Jill Martin, exactly."
Today hosts including Carson Daly were all involved for the network's Football Fright in America theme, which kicked off with a 15-minute sketch that saw Hoda as Carrie opening the show and miming along to the song Waiting All Day for Sunday Night.

Willie Geist and Carson performed as Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski, and Savannah and Jenna both got dolled up as Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders, complete with white hot pants, a blue cropped shirt and a set of pom-poms.
They put on a dazzling display as they danced with the official dance squad and thanked them wholeheartedly on Instagram too.
"From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, to @dccheerleaders Lexie, Amber, Caroline, Gina, Rachel and Ashlee," Savannah wrote on social media alongside a photo of them all.
Hoda was joined by her Today team for the celebrations
"You had so much patience and generosity teaching me and @jennabhager your craft - we are in awe of you."
Al Roker's show-stopping performance as The Weeknd was also a winner. Al rocked a wig, red jacket and even an earring and portrayed the star perfectly.
He shared several photos of his performance on Instagram and it was met with applause.
