Good Morning America's Lara Spencer paid the ultimate compliment to her co-workers Robin Roberts and Sam Champion on Wednesday, calling them her "favorite people at work".

The three posed together for a fun picture after they got their hands on a rare giant Reese's peanut butter cup pie.

"You know the expression 'like kids in a candy store'... You’re lookin at it," Lara captioned the snap that saw her and Robin jokingly taking a big bite out of the pie.
"A day at work with two of my favorite people is not work at all. And a giant Reese’s peanut butter cup on top of it? Come on…. #lifeisgood," she added.

"You got your chocolate on my peanut butter," joked Sam in the comments as colleague Ginger Zee shared: "Did not realize this was being eaten in the other room… my envy is thicker than the peanut butter."
Sam also shared the snap and revealed that he had only been in the studio 99 seconds when Lara "swings in w/ a GIANT peanut butter cup…. And well, you know what happened."

Hershey revealed on Monday they were releasing the limited edition pie which was nine-inches long and featured "3.25 pounds of solid peanut butter and chocolate".
"When you bring together friends and family for Thanksgiving dinner, no table spread is complete without dessert,” hyped Bo Jones, Reese’s senior associate brand manager, in a statement regarding the new pie-in-the-sky creation.
"At Reese’s, we wanted to create a dessert that everyone wants a piece of. You can thank us later."
However there were only 3000 available and they sold out in hours.
Lara indulged in a mini beach break
Lara recently returned to the studio after a beach break with her husband.
The hard-working TV presenter kicked off her shoes for a day down at the beach, sharing a snap on social media that read: "Finished my book. Napped. Watched the pelicans. Thank you weekend. I needed that."
Lara has been busy the last few weeks and in addition to filming her show, Everything But the House and hosting Good Morning America, she also jetted to Nashville to cover the CMA Awards too.
