Christmas came early for Brooke Shields fans who were treated to a head-turning display from their favorite actress on Thanksgiving.
A Castle for Christmas star wowed in a red hot, strapless swimsuit as she took a dip for a fun clip she shared on Instagram.

Brooke sizzled in the one-piece as she gingerly stepped into a plunge pool and captioned the post: "New Thanksgiving tradition."

Her fans said she looked amazing but were also intrigued by what exactly she was doing.
"Girl what's your workout routine these days?! Looking great and in shape," wrote one, while another said: "Those legs."

It appeared that Brooke was giving her immune system a boost with an icy cold plunge and plenty of her social media followers commented about the health benefits of the chilly regime.
Brooke looks fit and healthy once more
Brooke has had a difficult year, and so it's great to see her looking so fit and healthy. Just a few months ago, she revealed that she was having to learn to walk again after badly breaking her leg.
Brooke broke her right femur in February after falling off a balance board. At the time she told People magazine: "Honestly, every day I feel like I'm having to begin again.

"Rehab is always slow and it's one day at a time and you just take what you can control and go, 'Okay, I'm going to be happy with that as my progress for right now.'"
Brooke recently posed with her daughters
In June, she gave another update on her health and said she was finally off her crutches and cane.
That summer she showed off her surgery scar with a snapshot alongside her two daughters, Rowan and Grier. The women all rocked matching gingham swimsuits.
Seeing Brooke thriving in her latest social media post was commended by her fans who added: "Proud of your strength, you had the belief in yourself and now look at you, you can walk perfectly."
