Shania Twain has marked her return to Las Vegas with an incredible thank you message to fans.

The superstar took to social media to send the message after the opening night at Zappos Theater at the Planet Hollywood Resort, 21 months after she was forced to cancel the Let's Go residency due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

"My heart is so full right now," she tweeted. "THANK YOU Vegas, what a beautiful reunion, I missed you all SO SO much."
The setlist featured her hit tracks from the past 25 years and the 56-year-old rocked an incredible array of outfits, from flared patterned pants and a blue feather crop top, to a sheer black jewelled dress for the crowd pleaser That Don't Impress Me Much.

Fans were quick to reply and praised the star for her performance, with one writing: "Tonight you looked relaxed, and happy to be back. Your voice was so strong. It was such a thrill to hear you live. Zappos was vibrating big time!"
"You were absolutely amazing. What a FANTASTIC show!" tweeted another.
Shania thanked fans for the "beautiful reunion"
Let's Go is her second Vegas residency; Shania: Still the One began nine years ago in December 2012, and ended in December 2014 after more than 100 shows.
In recent weeks the singer had been sharing several glimpses of her sold-out shows from the past as she reflected on and anticipated her return to touring.

She recently posted a compilation of snippets from her performances on Thanksgiving as she mused in the caption: "The holiday weekend, the changing of the seasons, the fact that my Vegas residency restarts in ONE WEEK!
"I'm feeling very grateful.
"I'm thankful to be reunited with my team, to be gearing up for Vegas and most importantly... our reunion!! I always want to give thanks to you, for the love and joy you have given my life. I can't wait to see you all!!"
