Carrie Underwood is known for sharing her love of a motivational workout but her latest video shows just how fit and active the country singer is - and how she is encouraging her fans to get involved.

Rocking a white tank and gym pants, the mom-of-two showed off her incredibly toned arms as she performed push-ups interspersed with one-hand planks as she attempted the Body Armor challenge that saw her balance six bottles into a pyramid. "You know I love a good challenge!" she captioned the video which came just hours after she surprised fans with a gorgeous bare-faced selfie.

Many couldn't help but call the 38-year-old "beautiful" and praised her for her routines.
"Cuteness personified," one fan commented on the post which called on fans to check out her fitness app Fit52 and kick off the new year which Carrie celebrated with a free month for new members.

Fit52 was founded in 2020 and is designed to encourage and support people on their wellness journey, offering a wide range of workout routines that can be done in as little as 30 minutes.

Carrie is also the founder and lead designer of her fitness and lifestyle brand, CALIA by Carrie Underwood, which she launched in 2015.
The award-winning star often talks about her health and fitness journey and previously gave an insight into her daily diet in an interview with Women's Health.
Carrie is active with her family
A typical breakfast for her is a tofu or egg-white scramble, Ezekiel toast, berries and coffee.
Lunch is usually a sandwich with Tofurky, tomato, avocado, red onion, spinach and mustard, while dinner tends to be roasted vegetables and a piece of vegan chicken or a tofu stir-fry, while snacks consist of green smoothies or protein bars.
The star has a personal trainer but also keeps active running around after her two young children, Isaiah, six, and two-year-old Jacob.
