Jennifer will release her autobiography, Out Of The Corner, on 3 May 2022.
Fans loved the throwback memory, with one writing: "THE two most Important women in my life in the late 80, not counting friends and family. Sending you all my love and gratitude."
Another added: "Madonna has been my idol since I was 5. It is so good to see you two together. You're both fabulous," while one fan shared that they were "looking forward" to the book.
Madonna has been a singer and actress for five decades, and is currently working on a biopic of her life.

For months rumors have swirled over who will play the iconic singer, with many wondering if Madonna's own daughter, Lourdes Leon - aprofessionally trained actress - may take on the role.
Madonna worked on the script with Juno writer and director Diablo Cody, who has since left the project, but in February she shared an update with fans as she posted a trippy video of herself singing and dancing to song Burning Up, in a low-lit studio filled with printed rugs all over the floor.
She captioned the video with: "Auditions for my film are a surreal experience. But I'm enjoying dancing to the classics!!"

Although nothing has yet been announced, the 63-year-old gave the biggest casting hint yet when she shared pictures with artist and model Julia Fox, who recently broke-up with Kanye West.
The two posed on a couch, and Madonna captioned the post with: "Went to dinner with Julia to talk about my movie…"
The image immediately sparked rumors of whether Julia would be playing one of Madonna's long-time close friends, actress Debi Mazar.
