Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, are ending their 25-year marriage and she has filed for divorce.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jennifer, wants out of their relationship.

"Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate," the paperwork read.

"Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor.
"Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings."

The news comes just one day after Jennifer shared cryptic post on Instagram and amid news that the Rocky star removed an image of Jennifer's face from his arm.

The update showed a photo of her and the couple's three daughters embracing each other. In the caption, Jennifer wrote: "These girls are my priority [love heart emoji] nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever."
She added the hashtags 'truth' 'family' and 'forever'."
Fans were quick to comment on the post, with one writing: "The strongest women I know," while another wrote: "Good job mama." Many more simply responded with supportive love heart emojis.
Sylvester and Jennifer are the proud parents of daughters Sophie, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
