Kelly Clarkson officially made her return to music when she announced that her first post-divorce album, titled Chemistry, would be coming soon.
However, she added to the news by also revealing on Monday March 27 that she would be headlining an exclusive set of shows in Las Vegas in support of the record.
Kelly will be heading to Vegas for a 10-date residency
The singer made the news public just ahead of the debut of Monday's episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, detailing that her 10-date set would kick off in July.
"It's happening, y'all!" she excitedly wrote on social media. "I'm so excited to announce that I'm finally heading to Las Vegas for 10 shows this summer! I'll be singing all of your favorites... and yes, I'll be singing some new ones, too!"

Titled "Chemistry: An Intimate Night with Kelly Clarkson," the shows will take place at Planet Hollywood, and while she'll be staying away from her $5.4million Los Angeles home for the same, there's a good chance she might bring her kids River, eight, and Remington, six, with her.
She even got to surprise a lucky fan on her talk show with fully comped tickets to one of her shows and an all expenses paid trip to Vegas.
The slate of shows is her first since "Kelly Clarkson: Invincible," her debut Vegas residency, was announced back in November 2019 but was postponed indefinitely due to the pandemic.
Chemistry is Kelly's first album since When Christmas Comes Around… in late 2021, her tenth studio effort overall, and her first project of completely original music since 2017's Meaning of Life.

Kelly revealed the title of the record over the weekend with a cryptic tweet and then a complete video explanation of the meaning behind the record and an explanation of its title.
"I’ve been working on this project for close to three years now. I wasn’t sure I was going to release it, but I am. The album is called Chemistry," she said.
The singer's upcoming album will be titled Chemistry
"I was trying to find a word, it might be one of the songs on the album, but I was trying to find a word that really described the whole thing. I didn't want everybody to think I was just coming out with 'I'm angry, I'm sad' – just one or two emotions. This album is definitely the arc of an entire relationship."
